Advanced Resin Systems
Infusion
Infusion resins are specifically formulated for vacuum-assisted resin infusion processes. These resins have low viscosity to ensure excellent flow characteristics and complete penetration into the fibrous matrix, resulting in strong, lightweight composites with outstanding structural integrity and minimal waste.
Resin Transfer Molding (RTM)
Resin Transfer Molding resins are designed to be injected under moderate pressure into a closed mould, encapsulating the fibre reinforcements. RTM resins are known for their dimensional stability and ability to produce complex shapes with high surface quality.
High-Pressure Resin Transfer Moulding (HP-RTM)
High-Pressure Resin Transfer Moulding resins are tailored for high-speed production of composite parts. These systems handle higher injection pressures and faster cure cycles, making them ideal for automotive and industrial applications where production efficiency and high-volume output are critical.
Wet Compression Molding (WCM)
Wet Compression Molding resins are used in processes where resin is applied to the reinforcement fibres before being loaded into the compression mould. These resins are optimised for quick curing and robustness, ideal for manufacturing complex, high-strength parts with excellent surface finishes.
Sheet Molding Composite (SMC)
Sheet Molding Composite resins are used in SMC processes to produce high-strength, lightweight components. These resins provide superior flow characteristics under heat and pressure, allowing for the manufacturing of parts with complex geometries and high durability.
Pultrusion
Pultrusion resins are developed for the continuous processing of reinforced fibres into a resin matrix to create strong, uniform, and dimensionally stable profiles. These resins cure rapidly and are highly durable, making them perfect for structural applications in high-performance applications.
Filament Winding
Filament Winding resins are crafted to impregnate continuous fibres that are wound onto a rotating mandrel, typically used for creating hollow, cylindrical structures like pipes and tanks. These resins offer excellent wet-out properties and durability, tailored to withstand environmental and chemical stresses.
Hand Lay Up
Hand Lay Up resins are versatile systems suitable for low-volume, large-scale productions, such as boats. These resins are designed for easy application and excellent adhesion, providing high-quality finishes and robust mechanical properties in products crafted from this labour-intensive process.

Epoxy
